Terms of Service
GutConference booking and participation terms.
These terms govern your use of gutconference.online (the “Website”), operated by GutConference Online, including event, course, consultation, and certificate workflows purchased or booked through the Website. By using the Website or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
This document is an electronic record published under Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 read with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) where personal data is processed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, signing in with Google, or completing a payment for an event, course, or consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Website immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Website, create an account, or book an event. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or another person, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and that the named attendee meets the eligibility for the specific event (for example, a clinical registration may require a valid professional council registration).
3. Account Registration and Accuracy
To book an event, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at gutconference2026@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your personal data — including bookings, tickets, appointments, and support conversations — is stored in a dedicated, per-user file and is accessible only by you and authorized GutConference administrators. You retain ownership of your personal data at all times. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own purposes. For full details on how your data is stored, isolated, and protected, see our Privacy Policy.
We may use your registered email and phone to send transactional communications related to your bookings, including payment confirmations, joining links, certificates, schedule changes, and support follow-ups. These communications are part of the service and are not optional marketing.
4. Event Booking, Joining Access, and Certificates
An event booking is confirmed only after our backend verifies the Razorpay payment signature and marks the registration as paid in our records. Until that happens, the seat is not reserved for you and we cannot guarantee availability.
Joining links, agenda details, and access instructions are delivered by email, WhatsApp, the customer dashboard, and (where enabled) Google Calendar. The specific delivery channels are configured by the organizer per event. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information you provided or by third-party delivery platforms.
Certificates of attendance or completion are issued only after the event end time has passed and only to attendees whose registration is marked as paid or manual. Certificates are delivered as a downloadable link from the customer dashboard and, where enabled, by email.
Event content (recordings, slides, agenda items, speaker lineups) is owned by GutConference Online and the contributing speakers. You may use the content for your personal learning and reference. You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, commercially exploit, or publicly repost event content without prior written permission.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Razorpay
All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The total amount payable is the price displayed at checkout plus any platform fee or payment-gateway fee disclosed at that time.
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Limited (“Razorpay”), a payment aggregator and gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable payment terms at razorpay.com/terms and acknowledge Razorpay’s privacy practices at razorpay.com/privacy-policy.
Card, UPI, netbanking, wallet, and banking credentials are collected and stored exclusively by Razorpay on PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. GutConference Online does not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your full card number, UPI PIN, netbanking password, or one-time passwords. We store only the Razorpay order_id, payment_id, payment signature, and our derived payment_status for accounting, reconciliation, and customer support.
Failed, abandoned, or incomplete payments do not create a confirmed booking. A pending or failed payment status in your dashboard is not a seat reservation.
6. Refund and Cancellation
Refund and cancellation handling depends on the specific event or course. Each event page describes the organizer’s refund window, partial-refund rules, and non-refundable components. Where an event page does not specify a refund rule, the default rule applies: cancellations initiated by you more than 7 calendar days before the event start time receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable Razorpay transaction fees; cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable except where required by Indian consumer law.
Refund requests must be sent to gutconference2026@gmail.com with the registration email, event name, and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed through the same Razorpay payment instrument used for the original transaction and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Event Changes and Cancellation by the Organizer
GutConference Online reserves the right to reschedule, modify the agenda, change the speaker lineup, switch the event mode (online vs. in-person), or cancel an event at any time. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid through Razorpay, processed to the original payment instrument, regardless of the per-event refund window above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential costs you may incur as a result of a schedule change, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or professional opportunity costs.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) record, screenshot for redistribution, or rebroadcast any portion of a paid event without prior written permission; (b) share your joining link or access credentials with any other person; (c) resell, transfer, or commercialize your booking; (d) use the Website to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate any other person; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Website; (f) use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or copy Website content; (g) upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Website or any related service.
We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse service to anyone who violates this section, with or without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your personal data, including your account information, booking history, tickets, certificates, support conversations, and any content you submit through the Website. By submitting testimonials, feedback, or speaker-submitted content, you grant GutConference Online a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use that content for marketing, educational, and operational purposes, with reasonable attribution where practical.
Your personal data is stored in a per-user isolated file and is not shared with other users. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting gutconference2026@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data isolation, retention, and your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.
